Good questions to ask a mover
How far ahead should I book?
The earlier the better, especially around month-end and school holidays. Get in touch as soon as you have a likely date. We can pencil it in and confirm once your plans are firm.
Are my belongings covered during the move?
Yes. Your quote spells out the standard protection included and any extra coverage options, so you can choose what suits your valuables before move day.
What can't go on the truck?
Flammables, paint, gas bottles, perishable food and plants on long-distance moves. We'll send a short checklist with your plan so nothing catches you out.
Can I change my moving date?
Usually, yes. Let us know as soon as you can and we'll move your booking to the nearest available day with a crew that fits.
Do you offer short-term storage?
If your new place isn't ready yet, we can hold your packed belongings between pickup and delivery. Mention it in your quote request and we'll include the options.
